What is PHP?

Just found an enlightening thread on an Adsense forum for those of you who want to know what PHP really is. I don’t know what’s funnier, the question or the answer! :D

Q: What is a php? Can you like me to a help page. thanks

A: A PHP is a handy language for making pages on the Internets.

I know English may not be their first language but it still put a smile on my face.. :)   So get going and start making pages on the internetS.. and make sure you you A PHP! ;)

    English may not be their 1st language but we all make mistakes. Case in point: “make sure you you A PHP” :)

    I know, I shouldn’t poke fun. These people are very good for knowing more than one language. But sometimes the questions are so easily answered if they just do a little search first :)

    Wesley, it’s not an attack on their use of language but the fact that they’re too lazy to research what PHP is. Would you go into a web developers forum and ask what PHP is? :) Didn’t think so.

    Hey really PHP is very powerful software language and its data base is also highly secure and flexible etc.
